Do you handle Apple devices?

Yes — iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods pairing, iCloud troubleshooting, AirDrop that won't work, Apple ID issues. We handle it all. Android, Windows, and everything else too.

My printer has never worked properly on WiFi. Can you actually fix it?

Almost certainly. Printer WiFi issues are almost always a driver problem or a network configuration mismatch. We fix these regularly. Bring us the printer model in your WhatsApp message so we can come prepared.

I have an old phone with years of photos on it. Can you back it all up?

Yes — this is one of the most common things we help with. We transfer contacts, photos, WhatsApp chats, app data (where possible), and documents to your new device or cloud storage. We check everything transferred before we leave.

I'm not very technical. Will you explain things in plain English?
