Before You Book
Do you take my laptop away or fix it at home?
We fix it at your home. We bring tools and common parts with us. If a rare part needs to be ordered, we'll let you know the exact wait time before we start — usually 1–2 business days for most laptop parts.
Can you make sure my files are safe before you work on it?
Yes — before any risky repair (OS reinstall, drive work), we offer to back up your documents, photos, and important files first. We won't wipe or change anything without your explicit permission.
My laptop is just slow but nothing seems broken. Can you fix that?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common calls we get. Slowness is almost always caused by too many startup apps, a full hard drive, old software, or malware. We can dramatically speed up most laptops without replacing any hardware.
My laptop is old. Is it even worth repairing?
Honest answer: sometimes yes, sometimes no. If the repair cost is more than half what a decent replacement costs, we'll tell you. If a simple SSD swap or battery replacement would give you two more good years, we'll say that too. We don't push unnecessary repairs.
